About Us
A seat at My Kitchen Table!
Participants will have the opportunity to learn the basics of cooking such as:
- learning how to prepare and cook healthy foods, how to use cooking utensils and appliances safely, along with a basic introduction to food safety.
- Our Cooking Program runs every Monday over a period of 12 weeks.
- This is a great opportunity for participants to socialize and enhance their cooking skills with new recipes each week on every Monday.
- Participants will Receive a apron on the first session and take home the food they prepare every week at the end of the program they will receive a cook book of the recipes they have learnt called A Seat at the Kitchen Table!
