Our services vary depending on your needs and goals, In the comfort of your home, you can enjoy one-on-one board games and other interactive hobbies with our team. If you want to go outside, we can take you out for fishing or camping adventures or go to see movies in the cinema or visit your favorite café.
We can also arrange group activities and gatherings for you to meet and connect with others.
Personal Care
Maintain independence and confidence with a little help in dressing, bathing, grooming, and other personal hygiene activities in your own home.
Our team makes sure you get to do your daily self-care routine with ease and comfort. We conduct assessments and create the right support strategy for you to establish both independence and participation while being able to tend to yourself with minimal assistance
Personal care is not only beneficial to our health and physical appearance, but it also contributes to one’s well-being. It is our fundamental right to feel clean, fresh, and happier through personal care. Hence, it should never be taken away from your routine!
Respite Support
My Support Link has three respite homes available they really are a home away from home.
A diverse range of programs is on offer from gentle introductory of activities and recreational experiences to challenging adventures.
Our programs focus on an individual’s ability and a strong emphasis is placed on choice, providing participants with the opportunity to challenge themselves on a level with which they feel comfortable.
Our programs whilst on respite assist participants to regain confidence and reconnect with their communities.
