Outside of his professional life, Shaun has a deep interest in motorsports, particularly drag racing, and is an avid football fan. He also enjoys collecting model cars and Hot Wheels, reflecting his long-standing appreciation for automotive design and culture.

Alicia is the Client Services Manager at My Support Link, with a strong background in management and hands-on support within disability and aged care. She is passionate about person-centred care and supporting individuals to live fulfilling lives. Alicia is a mum of three and a proud grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, travelling, reading, doing craft activities, and spending time running her boys to and from sporting events.

Nicky is the Administration Officer and Social Media Manager at My Support Link, bringing a strong focus on organization, creativity, and dedication to her role. Nicky is passionate about supporting both participants and staff, ensuring that individuals are matched thoughtfully and supported to achieve their goals, while also contributing to a positive, safe, and rewarding workplace for our team. As a mother of three young children, including one with additional needs, She has developed a deep understanding of the importance of patience, empathy, and personalised support. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, scrapbooking, staying active at the gym, and spending quality time with my family.

Tamieka is a proud mum of five and has called George Town home for the past 25 years. Family has always been at the centre of her life, including raising her son with Down syndrome, which has given her a deep understanding of patience, compassion, advocacy, and the importance of meaningful support.
Four and a half years ago, Tamieka began her journey as a support worker and discovered a career that truly aligns with her values and passion for helping people live fulfilling and independent lives. For almost four years, she has been part of the team at My Support Link, where she supports participants with dedication, respect, and empathy.
Tamieka takes great pride in making a positive difference in people’s everyday lives and building genuine connections within the community she has been part of for many years.

Lorinda is a dedicated and experienced support worker with over four years of service at Support Link, where she has worked with a wide range of participants with diverse disabilities. Her approach is grounded in empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping individuals live fulfilling and independent lives.
As a mother of four, Lorinda brings strong life experience and a deep understanding of caregiving, including supporting family members with disabilities. This personal background has shaped her compassionate and practical approach, allowing her to build meaningful connections with both participants and their families.
In her role, Lorinda also takes on leadership responsibilities, working as a team leader for some participants. She values collaboration, consistency, and creating supportive environments—not only for clients, but also for the staff she works alongside.
