
My Support Link is now offering a Wednesday Day Program, providing people with the opportunity to come together, build connections and enjoy a full day of engaging activities.

Enjoy preparing simple meals and snacks while developing practical cooking, teamwork, safety and independent living skills.

Explore your creativity through fun craft activities while developing fine motor skills, confidence, self-expression and social connections.

Enjoy hands-on gardening activities while developing practical skills, confidence, teamwork and a connection with nature.
Our Wednesday Day Program will run from 10am-2pm every week.
The program is designed to support social connection, confidence, independence and community participation. Activities may include arts and crafts, cooking, games, LEGO, gardening, movies, group challenges and other participant-led activities.
Participants are encouraged to make choices, try new experiences and take part at a level that suits their interests, abilities and individual goals. Our support workers provide person-centred assistance throughout the day to help everyone feel comfortable, included and supported.

The program is available to people with disability who would benefit from social connection, structured activities, skill development and community participation. Each enquiry will be discussed individually to ensure the program can safely meet the participant’s needs.

Activities may change depending on participant interests, abilities and program planning.
Yes. Participants are encouraged to make choices and take part in activities that match their interests, abilities and goals. No one will be pressured to participate in an activity they do not want to do.
Participants may be able to use suitable NDIS funding to attend, depending on their individual plan and funding arrangements. My Support Link can discuss the available options with the participant, family, nominee, plan manager or support coordinator.
Yes. Participants who receive services from another provider are welcome to enquire. We can work collaboratively with the participant’s existing support team where consent has been provided.
Yes. An existing support worker may bring and support the participant during the program, subject to prior arrangements and agreement between everyone involved.
Transport arrangements are considered individually. Participants may travel independently, be transported by family or another provider, or discuss available transport support with My Support Link before attending.
Food arrangements may vary depending on the day’s activities. Participants should advise My Support Link of any allergies, dietary requirements, mealtime management plans or swallowing risks before attending. Participants may be asked to bring their own lunch, snacks and drink bottle.
A visit, meet-and-greet or trial day may be arranged so the participant can see the environment, meet the team and decide whether the program feels right for them.
